Importing Music

I'm trying to make a video for my school project and i'm trying to import a
song but whenever I try I only see the sample music. How can I take a song
out of my limewire, or itunes, to upload? Can some one help me please.

bear in mind limewire will most likely be mp3, itunes may be as well, so
these files will not import directly into MM, you'd need to convert them
first.
