Importing Multiple Events Into Outlook

I have a .vcs file with the following text:

BEGIN: VEVENT

DTEnd:20030721T050000Z
Location;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:ACH or TEES
SUMMARY;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Tester Blah
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:

PRIORITY:3
End:VEVENT
BEGIN: VEVENT

When I try to import this into Outlook, it brings up the appointment
window for the first event only. It seems to do this no matter how
many events I have in my .vcs file. Is there any way to get outlook
to import multiple events at once?
