Importing .mov video format into MM

Can somebody please tell me is there a possible way to import a video that's
in .mov format into movie maker without converting it into avi or wmv? I
can't find any good converter so I was wondering if there was a way, some
CODEC maybe or something?

QuickTime .mov files must be
converted.

The retail version of QuickTime
Pro can save in several formats.
