Importing messages from old pc

How do i import my old email messages from my old XP pc to my new Vista pc.
I have an easy transfer cable and have managed to import my pop3 accounts,
but i don't know where my old Outlook Express messages are stored, as i only
want to import the messages and nothing else.

Please help,
