Importing mail from Mac applications

I have a client who needs to move some of his users from Mac to Win XP.

The first machine runs Outlook Express ver 5.0.5 under OS 9.1

The remaining machines run Mail 1.3.11 under Mac OS X 10.3.9

All these computers emails are to be transfered to a PC's Running XP and
Outlook 2003.

Not being a Windows user, are there any import routines available to him?

Brian,

Thanks but as the client uses Outlook Express (Entourage’s predecessor) I
suspect it wont have these options.

Will have a look though.
