Importing Lotus organiser 6.0 to outlook 2007

I wish to import the Lotus Organiser 6.0 data file with Diary, Contacts etc
to Outlook 2007. There is a filter for Lotus Organiser 5.0 but not for 6.0.
The filter in Outlook 2007, will not see the 6.0 file.
Can anyone assist please
