Importing large ammounts of data (over 65536 lines)

I am trying to import a pricebook into excel for transfer
into quickbooks, the problem is that the pricebook
contains more than 100,000 lines. Excel seems to have a
limitation of 65536 lines even though it says i can start
at whatever line i left off on and import the rest on
another sheet. any help would be appreciated.
