When my computer crashed, I used a laptop to take my e-
mail messages while the main computer was being repaired.
When the main computer was done, I copied the laptop's e-
mail messages, put them on a CD, and copied them to the
hard drive of the main computer (it is a .pst file). But
when I tried to import from Outlook on the main computer,
giving the correct name and address of the backup file of
messages received on the laptop, Outlook told me that
access was denied because I don't have permission to
access the file -- which was filed under C\Documents and
Settings\{my own name}. How can I get permission to
obtain access?
