Importing into Outlook Calander

I am trying to import dates from an excel spreadsheet into
the calander, how do I do this????

File | Import and Export. Tips:

1) Create a named range for the data you want to import.
2) Export from your calendar to get a good example file that shows you what
OUtlook can import
