Hi there, over the past few years of trading we have built up a list of 6000
email address from our customers. I would like to send a newsletter to our
customers keeping them updated with offers. Anyway i have all these email
addresses along with names in a comma serperated file and i have figured out
how to import into outlook 2003, however it only seems to let me import 52
client at a time.

Is this the limit?

Also what is the limit of sending emails - is it possible to send 200 emails
at a time?

I will be more then grateful for any help as i have been trying to do this
for a few days!

Regards

Amit

Any limit on the number of messages you can send is determined by your mail provider not Outlook. But with a list of 6,000 addresses, I'd look into a purpose-built mailing list server, either hosted or in-house, that can automatically handle the bounces and unsubscribes for you.
