Marie said:The contacts is located in our Public Folders and custom fields such as
"Product" and "Date of Sale" were created. This information can be
exported
from another program in a tab separated format. The customer's basic
information such as name, address & phone # has already been imported from
Quick Books. After the sale is complete the additional custom fields data
is
manually entered. However, this same information is also used in a
different
program that requires the data to be entered. We could elimate a step of
data entry by exporting and importing.
Thanks for your help.
