Importing Hotmail Addresses to Outlook Express

I have Windows 2000 PRO/Outlook Express 6. Is it possible to import my
Hotmail Address book to Outlook Express and if it is, how can it
accomplished?
 
Go to an outlook express newsgroup, addresses repeated many times here and
you can find out. This group is for Outlook.
 
Actually this group is for Windows 2000 Windows Update.
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress might be better.
