Importing from Excell

I am trying to create a database using Access 2000. The information is
already on an Excell spreadsheet. It is names, addresses, phone #s, ssn's
etc. I have about 340 clients. Is there a way to import this data? Thanks!
 
From the Access Menu:

Files, Get External Data, Import.

The wizard will guide you through the rest of it.
