Importing from Excel

I see how importing from excel makes setting up recurring meetings faster.
How do you use this to send out meeting invitations?

I have a weekly recurring meeting with around 12 invitees and a resource. I
had to stop setting this up as a recurring meeting and switch to individual
meetings because the agenda (entered in the description field) and invitees
(adding presenters) changes often. Importing from excel would work if I can
get that import to become a meeting invitation that sends email to the
attendees.
 
I think you need to add the attendees after its created, although you might
be able to use VBA.
