Importing from Excel into a custom form

You've helped me in the recent past. May I ask you another question?

After I designed and published my custom form I attempted to import data
from an Excel spreadsheet. The importing process was successful, however, it
used the standard contact form instead of the special form that I had
designed.

Did I do something wrong or can I not import into a custom form?

Outlook does not support importing to a custom form, nor importing custom fields. You would need to write your own import code or use a third-party tool. See http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=23
