Importing from a selected file

Hi, I am creating a button for users to import their data. As the location
of the files will vary, I would like to have the button pull up the "lookin"
(sorry I dont know what this is called) box so that the user can identify
their file, click on it and have the import begin. Does anyone know how to
do this?

As far as I know, this can't be done with macros. You will need to use
a Windows API call in VBA code in order to open the File dialog. There
