Importing folder field headings??

Hi,
I currently use the backup .pst utility to
export/import .pst data.
I have carried this out for the first time recently and
noted that all the subfolders within outbox have field
headings the same as the inbox, ie
attachments,priority,"from",subject & "received" etc etc
instead of "to" & "sent"
Is there any way of changing these headings instead of
doing each subfolder individually?

You can create a named view with the fields you want, then apply that view to each folder as you use it. You should only need to do that once for each folder.
