Importing files

Hi All,

Could you please tell me how to import an excel file
(spreadsheet) into a word document, without losing any
formulas and still being able to use the excel file as
per normal.

Everytime I do it, I lose the formulas and the chart is
does not work the same (or at all!)as in the original
excel program.

Please help...I would really appreciate it.

Have you tried copying and pasting the range of needed cells....

If you do a standard PASTE -- it comes in as an "image" of your
spreadsheet ---

If you go to EDIT -- PASTE SPECIAL -- as an EXCEL WORKSHEET OBJECT --- it
looks the same -- as an image -- until you DOUBLE CLICK -- which then lets
you work in EXCEL (while technically in Word) so you can modify your Excel
data if needed.
