Importing files not showing text

When I import a file or picture, sometimes I cannot see the text when I later
go in to see the result. I can view on my own computer in my documents or
pictures, but it shows up on the web page as a small box in the top left
corner. Why is this happening and what can I do to change it?

Kathy

Make sure that you have web / site open in FP when you import and then insert/link to the
image/file. What text are you talking about?

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

For example, I will import a Membership Form from my computer (which I can
access fine on my computer) to the web page. When I refresh to look at it on
the web page, all I get is a small box in the top left corner. I have asked
others to look at it and they can see the Form just fine, but on my computer
all I get is the small box.

You need to use the Form function to create a form on a web page or you need to link to form file
that you have imported, you can not insert the form on to a page.

I don't think you understand my question. Perhaps I didn't word my question
very well. I didn't think that importing a picture or hyperlinking to the
picture has anything to do with a form. Did you misunderstand what I was
asking??

L.

You said you imported a form. Tom said you can't do that, you must create
the form on a web page.

So, did you import the form or create one in your web?

What form is the form in? Is it like a pdf form or a .doc form or a real
live form?

My point was..after reading between the lines on the OP (abt 7 times), that
the op doesn't mean an actual active form form.
