Importing/Exporting info from one computer to another

I have been getting my info from one computer to the other by exporting my
..pst file to a memory stick and then importing it on the 2nd computer.
#1-is there an easier way to make sure my data is updated (calendar,
contacts, tasks, etc.
#2-today when I did it, it duplicated all 750 of my addresses-what can I do
to make sure this NEVER happens again AND is there an easy way to get it to
delete duplicates?

Importing and exporting is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data.
Use that only if you need to change your data to another format.
Instead you should copy your PST file and then open it in the other
installation.
