I need to send 'favourite' folder links from Internet
explorer by e-mail to someone who will be taking over my
job. Rather than the person physically typing new links
into his/her version, is there a way in which I can export
my favourite links over to the person who is taking over
from me in the hope that they can then be imported?

If the answer is yes please can someone provide me with
simple instructions. Many thanks.

Lawrence

Yes, you can.
Create a single html file of the favorites you want to send with
IE-File-Export and email that file.
The person receiving this file can import them with IE-File-Import (or
just open the html file and use the links)

A note for the receiver just in case he/she gets an error message when
importing: (it may not happen)

"Not a valid bookmark file" error
Created by saving an emailed favorites export using File-Save

Open the page in Notepad and remove this first line:

<!-- saved from url=(0022)http://internet.e-mail -->
