importing existing emails from incredimail

I'm currently using incredimail, the program has gone really buggy, so I want to switch to Outlook 2003. Trouble is I have tons of emails I want to save. So I need to transfer them to Outlook. Has anyone done this? Successfully? And how was it done.

I am also trying to do the same. I can import contacts

no problem but the inbox extension is *.imm and outlook
doesn't have an import for this and incredimail doesn't
have and export to outlook!!! PLEASE someone, help us out.
