I have exported my Mac contact list into Exel on my PC-XP.
I have problem importing all the Contacts data from the
Exel file into my Outlook and I get a bunch of empty
records.

Does the file look OK when you open it in Excel? Did you set a named range for the data?

The problem(s) is(are)?
and I get a bunch of empty records

I suspect that your named range in Excel includes a bunch of empty rows or
you have empty rows in the middle of your dataset

Export first all sample contacts from Outlook.

When this works you have a "base file" you can always use.

Put information into that file but don´t edit first and last rows. You
can delete or add rows between first and last. I don´t know what tag is
on last row but if you touch that you lose good tool to use.
