Importing Excel2000 Contacts into Outlook Contacts

I have an Excel spreadsheet with contact information that
I'm trying to import into Outlook. When I get to the "Map
Fields" part of the import process, I can only get one
field to show up in the from box at the same time.
Shouldn't they all show up so I can drag them into
the "To" box? When I complete the import process only
that one field shows up in the contacts file.
 
Could be a couple of things

#1-You do have column names on the first row for each column you want to
import right? (sorry but do have to ask)

#2- Assuming the answer is yes - then check your "named range" setting
making sure that it covers all the rows and columns you want to import -
sounds like the NR isn't set correctly.
