Importing Excel File to Access

HI!
I have this excel file which is updated every month. Now I
need to import the data to the access file. Is there a
easier way to import data to the already defined data
structure of my access file.So that the data is just added
to the already present data of my access file.
Please help, thank You,

Easier than what?

I'd suggest using File... Get External Data... Link to link to the
spreadsheet; if the name of the .xls file remains the same from month
to month, this link will remain effective. You can then create an
Append query based on the linked spreadsheet and appending to your
Access table.
