Importing email adresses from excel

Hi
I've got an excel file containing names and email adresses that i would like
to import to outlook and use these email adresses here.

How do i do that?

Open the worksheet, select the data, then choose Insert | Name | Define to
define a named range. Save the file, then use File | Import and Export in
Outlook.
