Importing email addresses into Microsoft Access Business Manager

I am trying to import a contact list from a web based application into
Microsoft Access Business Manager/Microsoft Web Access Outlook. How do I do
this or is it possible at all without having to retype in all the addresses??

First of all you need to determine if the web-based application will allow an
export to a CSV- Comma seperated value, or perhaps an Excel format. If so,
the import/export tool under the File menu in Outlook BM will allow you to do
this. I have a write/up in MS Word on an example using SUNSHINE MLS. Email
