Importing e-mail messages to new computer

Does anyone know how to take e-mail messages in outlook
express six and put them in the outlook express in MS-xp.
The actual folders are hidden and I haven't been able to
find a way to take the messages I put on a CD and transfer
them to my new computer.

HELP
