Importing E-mail messages from Outlook Express to Outlook 2000

I am dual booting Windows ME and XP on the same PC. I
was able to save Express Address Book contents as .WAB
and copy to Contacts/Address Book. How can I copy
Express e-mail messages to Outlook 2000?

Hi.

I'd also like to know how to move OE emails to Outlook,
please. (I'm a developer, so if it's non-trivial, please
post the answer all the same.)
