Importing duplicates

We use Business Contact Manager mainly for mailing lists. I'm trying to
create something where my boss can go in on an Excel sheet and check who she
wants to be added to the list. Is there anyway that I can then import it
into BCM into the existing contact? Please Help!

I agree--I get qtrly updates on the customers in my BCM and would like to
update the information without having to do duplicates or over ride the
existing contact--i just need some fields updated.
