Importing Dates

Been searching the web for a while now to find out if it possible to import a list of appointments into my Outlook 2000 Calendar.

Basically I want to automatically insert all the dates from this link ino my Calendar. http://www.scottishathletics.org.uk...it is not possible!) would be appreciated RR

Import from Excel should work fine as long as you have both start and end
times.

I also have the dates in exel format (3 colums, <date>, <race>, <venue>)

but despite various efforts I havn't managed to get very far.
