I have updated contact information for 3,000 contacts in an Excel spreadsheet
which I need to update to a Public folder. The Import wizard does not appear
to allow me to do this. Advice please.

Import to a mailbox or .pst file folder, then move the data to the public
folder.

Thanks for the reply. I have succesfully imported the contacts into my
mailbox, but the move option just moves that folder to within Public folders.
Whereas I need to replace updated contact items in an existing Public
folders.

Move the items in the folder, not the folder itself.

It take it by move you mean copy? I've tried copying the items but I end up
with multiple contacts in the folder rather than just the one updated
contact. Is there anything else I can try?

You could certainly copy the items then delete them from the mailbox folder.
Are the items in the public folder using a custom form? You may wind up
using the duplicate cleaners from
