Importing data from Access - Mapping Custom fields in Outlook 2000

I have created a custom form in MS Outlook 2000 with some custom fields
and made it the default for a sub-contacts folder. It works fine when I
create a new record in that folder. However If I import records from
Access, it will not allow me to map to the custom fields, nor will it
come up with the custom form I use for that folder- but instead reverts
to the default contacts form. Is there a way to import to custom fields
and into the custom form?

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form or fields. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
