I am trying to import custom fields into Outlook 2002 contact manager/address book. I first created user-defined fields in Outlook to match up with the fields I have in my tab delimited database that are not standard in Outlook. However, when I try to map to the user-defined fields they are not displayed. Am I doing something wrong (missing a step or procedure) or is this not possible?
