Lotus notes is a big no no in terms of email management. Any
recommended application that will convert my Lotus Notes Archive
(.NSF) to Outlook Personal Folder (.PST)?

Look at the export options of Lotes Notes and see if any of the offered
format matches with the import options of Outlook. You could also check the
import options of Outlook Express/Windows Mail as you can also export from
OE/WM to Outlook.

The common for Lotus Notes and Outlook is CSV format. Can I use that?

Yup, Outlook supports that.

1) Microsoft has developed a supported method for connecting to a Lotus Notes e-mail server with Outlook.

The MAPI driver that is provided by Lotus Notes Mail is not a full implementation of the MAPI specification. Outlook cannot use the Lotus Notes Mail driver as an information store provider.

To resolve this issue, Microsoft has developed an add-in for Outlook 2002 and for Outlook 2003 for connection with IBM Lotus Notes release 5.x or 6.x servers. To download the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=8EBBBA59-5F17-4E52-8980-C4F0DFA92D65

2) If your IBM Domino server can provide e-mail client connectivity by using the HTTP, IMAP4, or POP3 protocols, you can use Outlook to download your e-mail.

3) As an interim measure when all fails you can try 3rd party utility e.g http://www.lotusnotestooutlook.com/

and many other available in Google which will first convert your Lotus Notes mail in the outlook format that can later be exported to Outlook
