I just changed jobs. Before I left my prior job I forwarded all my Outlook
contacts to my new e-mail account ( I just highlighted them all and used the
forward command from the menu. This created an e-mail that I sent to my new
e-mail address.) Now I am at the new job. When i open the e-mail with my
contacts I see each contact as a separate attachment. Is there a way I can
move this information from the e-mail into my contacts?
