importing contacts MS Outlook 2002

I am trying to import contacts into Outlook 2002 either
comma or tab separated files and receive an error for a
missing translator.

I tried to install all components from my computerin
setup but did not work.

I can't find my Office CD-

Is there a site where I can download the neccesary
convertor- have not been able to find it on Microsoft's
site as their only solution appears to be to install from
my computer.
