When importing a value to the "Name" field, Outlook will automatically
determine what the first and last name components of the "name" are from
which the "File As" field is created as per the rule set.
In your example - the issue is that you want the name "Peace Lutheran
School" to be one component which would require that you explicity map these
kinds of names to either the "first name" or "last name" component of a
name which would solve your problem. However, if the data you are importing
is a mixture of regular names (i.e. John Doe) and single names as per your
example - there is no way for Outlook to know which is which.
One option availble, if your main import file contains a mixture of name
"types" (i.e. John Doe and Peace Lutheran School) - split the file into 2
based on name type. Import each file with it's own field map. Otherwise, if
all names are of the type "Peace..." then simply map the field to either the
first or last name element instead of to the full name.
