Importing contacts from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003

I have 15 years of work in this! I recently bought a new
computer with office 2003. I need to transfer my
contacts and all of their info from my old computer with
outlook 2000 for small business over to outlook 2003 for
small business!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You would probably want to include where these Contacts are stored. PST file
or Exchange mailbox?
