Importing contact information from Lotus Notes Address Book

I know of two ways. One is through Excel and another is
through V-Cards. Both are not great it would seem. I
now face a similar issue and would like to know if anyone
can help.

I have a large Lotus Notes address book which is based on
MS Outlook 2002 address book. MSO contacts were not
updated for a year. All updates were in LN.

Does anyone know any way to sync MSO contacts with LN or
an easy and bullet proof way to import Notes address book
into MSO?

Any help is appreciated.

"You can use the Notes Address Book (NAB) Importer tool (NABimport.exe) to
migrate personal contacts from Lotus Notes to the Outlook Contacts folder.
This tool imports Lotus Notes Personal Name and Address Book files either
directly to the Contacts folder or to a Microsoft Access database, which you
can store and import in the future.

The NAB Importer tool is available on the Exchange Migration Tools and
Resources for Lotus Notes compact disc (CD). For more information about how
to order this CD, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://microsoft.order-2.com/exchangemigration/ "
