"Doesn't recognize the header record" means what exactly? Was there an error
message of any kind? You do have a header record correct (first row
containing column names for all subsequent rows)?
Far too many possibilities so in the interest of speed and avoiding endless
questions:
Save your worksheet as a CSV file and try to import that file
a) if it works - your "named range" likely is incorrectly set
b) if it doesn't - contents of your first row likely is not a "header
row" and the data in the fields is causing the issue - go back and add a new
row at the beginning of the file with field names for each column being
imported - i.e. "FirstName","LastName","Some Field","Some Other Field" etc
Any follow up question regarding this should also include Outlook versions
and more specifically this is Outlook or Outlook with BCM (2 different
import/export engines).
