i was wondering if there is any way we can import calendar details from a pst
to mailbox with out the user know

what is happening is that where moving users from pst to a mailbox. this is
happening to about 300 user and we don't want them to know we are doing this.
so i went it to run in the backgroud and the user not to have a input to this.
is there anyway i can do this
thanks

Check out Exmerge - Exchange Server Wizard, it may be able to do this for
you -
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...cdf-47dc-96da-1c12d67327d5&DisplayLang=enJust a note however that you would either need to use a .pst or a mailbox onthe server. The delivery location would be set for the mailbox instead ofthe .pst and that would be for all folders: tasks, emails, calendars andcontacts. The Exmerge or another tool may do what you are asking however fromexperience I would not suggest that you do this in the background withoutinforming everyone. The information will not be in the same location as itwas before, may need to discuss mailbox limits and it would not provide theopportunity to use all of the collaboration that is available once you areall on the Exchange server as no one would know.I hope this helps.--Francine OttersonPresident, San Diego Outlook User GroupMVP - Microsoft Outlook"stevross" <[email protected]> wrote in messagewas wondering if there is any way we can import calendar details from apst> to mailbox with out the user know>> what is happening is that where moving users from pst to a mailbox. thisis> happening to about 300 user and we don't want them to know we are doingthis.> so i went it to run in the backgroud and the user not to have a input tothis.> is there anyway i can do this> thanks>
