Importing biography and picture

hi everyone,
I'm asked to write a code to import one to three paragraph biographies and
also persons picture into ppt. Any thoughts about the best way I can done
this?

Hard to say w/o more details.

Assuming you know where to find the image and have the text:

Add a new slide
Add and size the picture
Add and size a text box, format it, add your text to it

Easy, eh? The devil's in the details. <g>

If you've got a lot of pictures and bios to "merge" into a single slide
presentation, one slide each, the solution may be available off the shelf in
the form of one of our addins:

Each slide would have just one bio and the persons picture now we have all
the bios as separate word documents without any picture so i'm not sure we
must add the pictures to the existing word documents and then import the
whole document to PP or its better to have separate files with each persons
photo and import text and photo separatly?

I'd keep the photos separate. Otherwise you're just making lots more work for
yourself.
