Importing any excel files with any sheet name into different tables in MSAccess using code

Hi,

I have a requirement for importing any excel files with any sheet name into Different tables in Access database.How can i find out the solution either with macro VBA code or Vb.net.
What will be the recommendation for either macro VBA or vb.net code.Please suggest some code or link for this requirement.your help is appreciated.
