Importing an excel table into Powerpoint

Has anyone had issues importing an excel table previously created in Windows 2000 into Powerpoint after they have upgraded to XP? I've just recently upgraded to XP and now the formatting is horrendous when I import the table into Powerpoint whereas previously there were no issues and even when I send the two files to someone else who is not on XP they do not have any issues.
 
Hi Holly,

Try saving the Excel spreadsheet in XP first. Then close Excel and open it
again.
