Importing an Excel Spreadsheet

I have imported an excel spreadsheet and created a form
from this; however, afterlooking at my form, it is
overwhelming, I might as well kept the excel spreadsheet.
How can I make this less overwhelming. Can I split my
info up but keep it attached to the main form without
having to retype all my info?
 
You might consider creating the form using pivot table
option (the pivot wizard). That way, you can select the
data items that you want to view, or create two or more
pivot table forms, each with the selected data that you
need separated by form.
