Importing an excel quiz into PP

I am producing a PPP with video footage in it and at the end I want to have a multi choice quiz that I have produced in Excel, can the two be spliced together?
 
I have a sample Review Question file on my web site. The code is open if
you want to see how it is done. You can link to this file if you want
(obviously after saving it and changing it as you want to).

What do you do to create a quiz in Excel? Is it just text, or do you have buttons or hyperlinks for the answers? Does it use VBA?

One solution is to hyperlink from the end of your PowerPoint to your Excel file. Another solution is to do the quiz in PowerPoint. I'm not sure if you can import an Excel file into PowerPoint if it is more complicated that a simple worksheet.
