Importing an address list from Sidekick95 into OL2003 Contacts

Prior to OL2003, Sidekick95 was one of the "other programs" included in the
import from list, but is not there anymore. The Sidekick95 file extension is
..SKCARD. Can anyone tell me how to import that into OL2003 Contacts?
