importing adresses to Outlook Express

I am trying to switch over to Express from Eudora. My email folders are
coming over, but the address book isn't. Each address folder contains a toc.
and nnt. file. I can't find a way to move them over without retyping all 700
addresses.

This is a newsgroup for Outlook not Outlook Express. Both programs are
