importing address book

I recently started using Outlook, and want to import the
address book from my Outlook Express program to my
Outlook "Contacts" list. I have looked everywhere in the
help indexes, but none are the precise topic. I have
tried importing and exporting, with no success. 'Can't
seem to get the right combination of steps, locations.
Can somebody help me?
